This page explains what information Madison County Roofing & Home Improvements, Inc. collects when you visit this website, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We try to keep this short and honest.

Madison County Roofing & Home Improvements, Inc. is a family-owned business at 5 Harmin Ln, Collinsville, IL 62234. You can reach us at (618) 876-4309 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm).
What we collect when you visit
When you visit any page on this site, our analytics pixel records the page you viewed, how long you stayed, what links you clicked, where you came from (referrer, ad source), and basic device information (browser, screen size, country). A random session identifier is stored in your browser's session storage. We do not use cookies. We do not collect your name, email, address, or phone number unless you explicitly enter that information in a form.
We honor the browser Do Not Track signal. If your browser sends DNT, no analytics events are recorded.
What we collect when you contact us
If you fill out the free-estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, and any message you include. We use that information only to respond to your request, schedule a visit, and follow up about the work. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our company.
How long we keep it
Analytics records are kept for two years and then deleted. Estimate-request records and customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer plus seven years after the last job (to honor warranty claims and tax recordkeeping).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have on file about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call (618) 876-4309 or email us through the contact page and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Third-party services we use
We host this website on Vercel, store contact-form submissions in Supabase, and send notification emails through Resend. These vendors have access to the information you submit only as needed to deliver the service. We don't run advertising tracking, Facebook pixel, or Google Analytics on this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material on this page, we'll update the date below. The current effective date is May 15, 2026.
